If you enroll your ebook in KDP Select (for Kindle Unlimited), your ebook must be exclusive to Amazon for 90-day periods. This means you cannot sell the ebook on Etsy or anywhere else during that window. You can always sell the print version anywhere. Weigh the KU page-read income (~$0.0045/page in 2026) against the lost Etsy/direct sales before enrolling.

A standard full-color 8.5"×11" cookbook with 100+ recipes should be priced $28–$45 for print. Under $20 for a full-color cookbook signals low quality to buyers and leaves you almost no royalty margin after print costs. For a B&W interior 6"×9" cookbook, $18–$26 is the sweet spot.
